规则:
1)截止日期:2009年12月25日{使用邮寄方式的参赛作品请在{西马}2009年12月14日后才寄出,{东马}2009年12月9日后才寄出}
2)务必以黑墨笔作画,不接受铅笔稿
3)作品尺寸为A4 SIZE,上下左右空2cm
4)作品不得抄袭,也不接受fanart
5)仅接受插画,作品需2张或以上
6)稿件需清晰和整洁
7)接受彩稿,但不确定是否会刊登
8)作品内容不得涉及色情,猥琐,宗教或政治等负面元素
9)尽量投寄原稿,若投寄复印稿请确保稿件清晰
10)邮寄时务必用A4 SIZE或以上的大信封邮寄,邮寄时尽量放硬卡片之类的以及塑料袋以防稿件损坏
11)欲取回原稿者请附上拥有足够邮资的回邮信封,并在信封上写上邮寄地址
12)email的作品必须有300dpi以上
13)国外的参加者可用EMAIL的方式参与
14)此同人志没有free talk事项

a)作者的中英文姓名,
b)中英文笔名{若有},
c)年龄,
d)书信地址,
e)联络号码,
f)EMAIL ADDRESS{若有},
g)职业,
h)DEVIANT ART或其它个人画廊网址
2)无需报名费
3)参加者都能以优惠价购得此同人志,但作品被刊登者能以更低的优惠价购买
4)作品必会严选{所以不是每张稿件都会入选}
5)若参加作品过多,华丽的高素质作品优先被考虑采用
6)以上条规可随时在无通知的情况下更改,若有不便之处,敬请原谅
